Our computer aided design (CAD) system allows our architects to explore a wide range of solutions to explore and streamline a concept and anticipate and eliminate potential problems well before construction commences. Our CAD system is compatible with that of our engineers to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and the coordination of construction documents. Utilizing these systems, we can implement last-minute changes and accommodate amendments during the final contract document stage. The CAD capability facilitates the investigation of a wide range of ideas and directions in a single design project throughout the process.
Our team efforts are coordinated at the architectural level, always with client involvement and interaction. We are able to present various structural, mechanical, and electrical system options and advise our clients of the most advantageous solutions. Because they are involved in defining the parameters of the projected, our clients are vested in the process from the outset.
Since our inception in 1987, we have collaborated with many of the same teams of engineers- structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and geotechnical, and with skilled craftsmen of all trades.
